1. Product introduction


       The V-type mixer adopts a manual feeding and closed butterfly valve discharging structure, which can achieve relatively clean operation and reduce dust generation. At the same time, there is no mechanical extrusion and strong friction when the materials are mixed, which helps to keep the material particles intact. The mixing barrel of this machine is made of stainless steel, which has no pollution to the mixed materials. In addition, this machine is also equipped with a timing device that can control the mixing time of materials.


       The V-type mixer drives the cylinder to rotate through a reduction mechanism, and uses the asymmetry caused by the unequal length of the two cylindrical cylinders of the mixer to perform mixing. When the mixer moves, the materials change from decomposition to combination. Due to the difference in potential energy, a lateral force is generated, which promotes the lateral communication of the materials. When materials go from combination to decomposition, due to the different planes of the materials, a lateral force is generated to promote the lateral exchange of materials. One rotation of the cylinder will cause part of the material to flow from one cylinder to another. At the same time, the rotation of the cylinder will also cause the material to flow radially. In this way, the material will alternately undergo transverse and radial decomposition and combination, and finally achieve a more uniform mixing effect of the material.
