1. Working principle of Taizhou Tiantai coating machine

In order to coat the chip with coating crystals evenly on its surface as quickly as possible and achieve polishing purposes, the chip in the pot must be sprayed with syrup in batches, and then the pot body should be rotated clockwise to roll, rub, and grind the sugar-coated pieces in the pot to make the sugar coating even. At the same time, hot air is passed into the pot to quickly remove the moisture on the sugar-coated surface of the tablets, and finally obtain evenly wrapped and smooth sugar-coated tablets.

The coating machine is a commonly used equipment in the sugar-coating process. It rotates at a stable linear speed of the pot to make the tablets form a parabolic curve in the pot, achieving the process requirements of uniform thickness of the sugar-coating layer, bright color, and no pitting.

2. Machine features

(1) The machine is equipped with an eccentric wheel, which allows the user to adjust the inclination angle of the sugar-coating pan according to the characteristics of the tablets.

(2) Using worm gear as the terminal output of motion, the operation is smooth.

(3) The hot air assembly device adopts resistance wire heating and has separate high and low temperature controls for easy control.

3. Machine lubrication of coating machine

The bearings, worms and worm gears in the reduction box adopt splash-type lubrication. The uppermost bearing is lubricated by an oil cup, which should be refilled regularly. The oil of the reducer is changed every six months, using HL20 in winter, HL30 in summer, and ZG-2 calcium-based grease for rolling bearings.
