The bearings, worms and worm gears in the reduction box adopt splash-type lubrication. The uppermost bearing is lubricated by an oil cup, which should be refilled regularly. The oil of the reducer is changed every six months, using HL20 in winter, HL30 in summer, and ZG-2 calcium-based grease for rolling bearings.

Installation and commissioning

1. After the machine is in place, it must be placed stably and fixed with anchor bolts.

2. Open the oil filling cap and add lubricating oil to the reduction gearbox to the oil mark.

3. After the power is turned on, pay attention to the phase sequence and make the icing pan rotate clockwise.

4. During the test run, you should pay attention to whether there is any noise from the machine so that you can stop it for inspection in time.

5. The inclination angle of the sugar-coating pan is related to the loading capacity and material performance. When the inclination angle of the sugar-coating pan is 30°, the production efficiency and quality are both good.

operating procedures

1. Before operation, carefully check whether the fasteners of each part of the machine are loose.

2. Clean the inside and outside of the icing machine pan.

3. Start the main motor and let the machine idle for 2 minutes to determine whether there is a fault.

4. After adding materials, you should first press the main motor button, then press the blower button according to the sugar crystallization situation, and turn on the electric heating wire switch at the same time.

Maintenance

1. The lubricating oil in the reduction box should be replaced regularly as required.

2. When the icing pan is not used for a long time, it should be wiped clean and covered with a dust cover.

3. In order to ensure the lubrication conditions of the worm gear transmission in the reduction box, the temperature inside the box must not rise more than 50°C during movement.

4. The sealing ring at the end of the worm shaft should be inspected and replaced regularly, generally not more than six months.

5. The machine must be reliably grounded. After the machine is in place, connect a neutral wire outside the electrical box. The grounding resistance should be ≤4Ω (do not mistake the ground wire and the neutral wire).
