The coating machine BYC-300/400 series is a professional equipment designed for the surface coating needs of Chinese and Western medicine tablet cores. Based on the optimization of the structure of the traditional sugar coating machine, the main motor with variable frequency speed regulation is used to achieve high atomization spraying of coating accessories through electrical automatic control.
The tablets move along a complex trajectory in the coating pot to ensure that the coating liquid evenly covers the surface of the tablet core and forms a dense coating layer.
Controllable normal temperature hot air system
The pot is equipped with a normal temperature hot air circulation device to synchronously dry the coating liquid, accelerate the formation of a film on the tablet surface, and improve the coating efficiency.
Automatic liquid and air supply spray system
Temperature control function: The liquid supply truck supports heating and insulation of temperature-sensitive coating liquids (temperature is adjustable). The barrel is lined with insulating rock wool. Even if the internal temperature reaches 80-90°C, the outer wall remains at normal temperature to ensure safe operation.
