The closed film coating machine is an intelligent equipment developed by our factory to meet the tablet coating needs of pharmaceutical, food, chemical and other industries. It integrates strong electricity, weak electricity, hydraulic and pneumatic control, and achieves an efficient and clean coating process through a fully enclosed structure design. This equipment is suitable for film coating of Chinese/Western medicine tablet cores, granules, pellets and other materials. It can replace the traditional sugar-coating process and improve product appearance quality and production efficiency.
Totally closed coating system
The 304 stainless steel sealed coating room is equipped with a plexiglass observation window (pneumatic opening and closing) to ensure clean operating space and reduce the risk of cross-contamination. The coating pot body adopts a perforated design to ensure that the tablet core is rolled evenly and the smoothness of the coating layer meets the process requirements.
Intelligent temperature control and drying system
Equipped with a controllable normal temperature hot air device, the set value temperature can be controlled through the temperature controller to avoid tablet core brittleness or premature condensation of the coating liquid caused by high temperature. The exhaust system integrates a primary filter, and the exhaust gas is discharged after treatment.
High atomization spray system
Use an atomizing spray gun to ensure that the coating liquid evenly covers the surface of the tablet core. The liquid supply system supports both self-flow and pressure modes, and is suitable for water-soluble/organic solvent-based coating liquids.
Frequency conversion speed regulation and modular design
Adapt to different tablet core sizes and coating process requirements. The inclination of the pot body can be customized, supporting rapid mold change and shortening product switching time.
